This policy explains what information Weapons Defense Academy ("we", "us") collects on learndefense.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you request our free guide, join a membership, or contact us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe through our membership platform (Circle). We receive confirmation of your purchase but never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us (including UTM campaign tags), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To deliver the free guide and membership content you requested.
- To process payments, manage your account, and provide customer support.
- To send training emails and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic and improve the experience. These tools set cookies and may record anonymized interactions such as clicks and scrolling. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business — Circle (membership platform and email), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Google and Microsoft (analytics) — and only as needed to provide the Services, or if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information while you have an account or subscription with us, and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@weaponsdefenseacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
